Not because I want to own everything, but because the handoff is where things break.
Ship to learn.
I'd rather ship something imperfect and learn than spend a sprint perfecting a bet we haven't tested.
Treat efficiency as a design problem.
That means using AI to shrink the gap between decision and artifact, giving developers more context and fewer back-and-forth rounds.
